TIM-Cablelink Contract Signing and Tech Update

TIM and CableLink renews contract last April 22, 2024, at the TIM office in Makati City. In the signing are TIM President, Mr. Sunver Z. Bastes, AVP and Operations Director, Ms. Bam Yu, Account Manager, Ms. Michelle Carbon and from CableLink, AVP for Operations, Ms. Rhodalyn Q. Clarete, and AVP for Finance, Ms. Sarah T. Elamparo.

The signing is centered on the VPOP (Virtual Point of Presence) contract between TIM and CableLink. Virtual Point of Presence is an SDN (Software-Defined Network) solution that enables the deployment of networks across multitudes of locations without the need for massive network infrastructure.

TIM also conducted a technical update to the CableLink team and presented cybersecurity solutions and managed services capabilities – DDoS Mitigation, Content Filtering, Managed Security Operations Center, and Managed Network Operations Center.
